lol, well after reading what touge just said. I'm worried.
yea, the drive bay locks only 2 were a struggle. others were easy. You just start on one side and I'd push down really hard and get it over the lip, then move to the other side. and get it, then it would pop right off. But then I realized I could get a screwdriver inside there to help, and it was easy as cake after that, the screwdriver really helped. putting them back without scratching the paint will be hard, maybe I should give the case another day to set a little more. I took the tape off the sidepanels today, they look great, if I didn't drink so much Jack tonight maybe I'd finish and pull the tape off the case, but I think I'll just go to bed and do it tomorrow. lol Yup yup, all the sleeving was done here on my work bench... (in my room). thanks! Pics of the paint coming tomorrow.

I found that they could slide left to right to be placed on, but having popped them off and cut my fingers in the process

yeah, it scratched on mine when putting them back on. You could always do a little touch up once they are back on there.

Here's a few pics of the paint, it's late and I have a lamp for my lighting in my room, not working very well for taking pics. Tomorrow in the Daytime I'll go ahead and take, and most some pics.
Enjoy. More coming tomorrow after I get my loop started with testing. Here's some bad pics of the paint for now. ![]() ![]() These photo's are nothing special. More to come though.

I can't.. I only have a lamp.. they look terrible. Just wait til tomorrow, I'll have the RAD out leak testing tomorrow also.. with the GTZ and MCP-655 out. I know you want to see that, can't it all wait til I have some natural lighting?

That paint job looks professional, well done. I have always wanted to do the same thing to my nine hundred but i am too worried about it looking like crap. From your previous replies you said that you used primer and 1000 grit paper and wet sanded in between 5 coats of black? wet sanded after each coat except the last? seems like a lot of work and i dont have an air compressor to easily blow the dust off after sanding.
