Wow, thanks everyone.
Brass...I purchased a 12" by 10' sheet of very thin brass, which I will laminate to the panels holding the front (whatever it will be), the switch panel, the gauge panel, the fan panel and the rad panel. Eclipse, you live by me! I am just north of GR

Mike, that means I should have this done and ready for the 1366 board by Tuesday evening. I just got home from the job down south and am going out to the shop in a few minutes. I have a bit of work to do tommorow for a couple of customers but I can fit some "me" time in there also
 Stroker, you are welcome to buy the octoganal case after tuesday

roach: It's like giving props. As you can see I have none because I did not really post here just lurked and learned.

Roachmike, Are you interested in a Q6600? I was thinking about 200.00 for the empty case (it would include the fan and switches but no other computer components.
Eclipsemike, That kind of static electricity anywhere near my new i7 scares the poop out of me! lol
