How much does it cost to get a case and just a PSU or just a psu, and the parts to build the arcylic case and what not? How much does it cost total to build one of these ITX boxes?

here in Poland hardware is more expensive than USA
but I spend for all PC without HDD 300-330$ with case

atom z510 + US15W chipset pico itx mobo cost here 500$

375fsb was the wall for [H] with an E8600

Might have been a bad board but I wouldn't be surprised if that's just how it is.
