I didn't know there was a specific direction that it was suppose to go. I had it facing up at one point, this time I turned it around the way it is now. I could flip it 180 and have the fan pull air through and let the exhaust fan at the rear of the case pull. Temps dropped 3 deg this way at the CPU though as opposed to having the fan blow upwards.

Flipping it and bolt thru kit and TIM done correctly will give you greater flow of heat out to the back of Case exhaust

what's TIM?

I'm using a bolt through kit.
It is kinda annoying that the OCZ logo is upside down, maybe I'll change it.

It's been sitting at 51 deg during stress testing so I haven't seen any pressing need to switch it, 53 before bolt through and wire management.
