there is some stuff called GOO Gone or something to that effect. its mostly for removing the crap left behind by store lables on merchendise when you get it home, it should do the trick however. I use it to remove the stuff left behind by duct tape.

Alright so today -Friday- i saw things done to this beautiful case in such a way that i thought it would never forgive me...
but it has, already the wounds are healed. There is a strength in this case, and also it has a high mediclorian count rofl. more than yoda's! ON TO THE PICTURES!! First Abuse: Tin snips, hey they work, but its a bit messy, and leaves many sharp points!! i didnt get cut tho, waiting for it *slams fist against wood desk* ![]() Then grandpa came to lend a hand with a power grinder.. (i dont know the proper name for this thing lol) ![]() MORE SPARKS!!! MORE SPARKS!!! best, and harshest of all....is fire ![]() papa says he's had this torch for 20 some years ![]() ![]() Aftereffects....ouch, nothing else was harmed, *whew* ![]() Using the torch was great, 4 fan holes gone in less than 4 minutes. But it also was a messy, so i took a drill and put a grinder block in it and smoothed stuff out fairly well. It still isnt extremely pretty, but i have the knowledge that not one of those surfaces will remain completely bare after the build is complete. ---- Mmk, so you remember when i said i wanted to use bondo to erase (after a fashion) the 2 fan holes on the left side panel?? well after i received a simple explanation of how it Wouldnt work from grandpa, i thought up something else. i still needed to block up those holes somehow, and he had this extra piece of aluminum sittin around.. so i grabbed that, then went to the nearest fabric and crafts store (jo-ann's for me) and found this awesome foam/rubber mat 3mm thick, a bit squishy.. AND PERFECT!! -i will be using this on nearly anything that makes noise in the computer, the fan silencers sold on frozencpu.com have nothing on this -anywho, so my plan, was to cut squares of the aluminum and the rubber, then bolt them to the side panel thru the existing 140mm fan holes. i dont have full picks up (will tomorrow or sunday tho) but it works! i think this will work beautifully for me. By blocking the holes like this it will cut down on noise from the inside of the comp, the aluminum wont rattle against the side panel, and i can still use the entire side panel surface to paint on! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() All the while i was using primer on the case, then black paint, it already looks great. Hope it works how i did it. i wasnt able to sand it (due to the nature of the surface, and the fact that i cant remove and replace all the rivets) but i gave plenty of time between coats. have also painted the aluminum squares, and the backs of each side panel. ![]() Tonight ill be working on the art, trying to get some final versions made so i can do what i am most excited about

Great case. I loved mine. but now I might be selling it. I painted it Satin Black. (Looks better than matte personally) and I also added a window to mine. Great case. You think those I/O wires are long on top. I did to until I got my CM HAF 932. they are a good 6-8 inches longer. No where to put them. lol.
Great idea with all the art. I little bit of info though.. use the Blue Painters Tape, that White scotch tape isn't as safe as painters tape.. I've done 2 cases now and the blue painters tape never has failed me. to get good idea's for this amazing case. Check here. http://www.overclock.net/computer-ca...-690-club.html and to see my old one. Check this out. http://www.overclock.net/3859950-post975.html Good Luck Sir!
