Looks great so far, I can't wait to see how the art work will look on it. How come the bondo won't work on the side panel by the way?

Also you could have made those side panel fan holes into 2 acrylic windows . But that's just me thinking out of the box.

from what i can remember..grandpa said that the reason the bondo wont work by itself on the side panel is because it has no support.
it is brittle, so when the side panel bends (you know how it does that, like tupperware containers) the bondo would just break off..
also, if i tried to sand the bondo down it would just fall thru the fan holes.
umm..what else.. mostly because it just wouldnt have any support.

2 acrylic windows would be unique..and interesting, but im pretty happy with the solution i got, i think it will make the case even quieter than the window can do
