Ever think of using plasti-dip for the handles of the nibblers? Not saying a garden hose isn't capable of doing the job, but perhaps the rubberized feel of the dip would make it far easier on your hands.

@ SmasherBasher, Electric Nibbler is really starting to look promising lol, umm no havnt thought about that although it sounds like a good idea, I wouldnt know where to begin to source it.

@ everyone else, ty for your comments

So this morning I went to the workshop (my work shed) and finished off 99% of the front panel.

Then added the grill and DVD thingy, to make sure it's all going to line up properly (I check this alot as its the impact point of the entire front panel)

Cut out the CD/DVD rom bay, its a tad short on the sides, something to address tomorrow.

Flipped it over...

Added everything to the front panel including the Lian Li CD Rom Face plates, lian li use a different grade of alu than what I'm using, but if I get it all powder coated then it wont matter.

So I'm leaving the front panel for the moment, its not the strongest front panel I've ever made and it's starting to show, so I'll be making a Jig for it to sit in and keep straight till I'm ready to cut the remainder of it.

BACK PANEL>

Let me introduce you to the back panel, simular to the front panel , as you can see I'll be continuing the edging into the back panel as well.
I'll be using the Lian Li motherboard tray from my old 7 series server tower, and modifying it to suit my needs.
Also a 120mm fan hole and Ive centered the PSU mount.

Cut out the PSU thingy.

More to follow soon.

Seth
