The reason I'm making a second thread is because I want a clean and organized log thread for linking to in my sig
.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Finished product: ![]() Update 2 Update 3 Update 4 I am a complete and absolute cable-management junkie, it's obsessive compulsive . This is what it looks like now.![]() I'll be fixing the rear fan cables, the front-panel wires (in the wire loom), and the HDD cables. In order to get that highly sought after and prized "no-cables" look, I ripped all the parts out of my case so I could be connected to the interwebs while working on my case .![]() First of all I'm going to deal with the front panel cables, and while they are currently in that wire-loom in the upper-right, that still wasn't hidden enough for me. I took the top panel off and drilled a hole. ![]() Then I drilled another on the back panel where I would feed the wires. ![]() I'm going to shrink-wrap the wires in the upper-left so they "disappear" into the case. And now the interesting part, the HDD's. There has never been a perfect solution for mounting the HDD's backwards, but after watching tjharlow's video on how he did it I decided to do that, just a bit different. I'm currently waiting on some custom cables from FrozenCPU, so after those show up I'll post pics on how I'm going to hide the HDD wires .Once I'm done I'll take a nice and bright picture, so you can CLEARLY see all the improvements I made (the first picture is a little dark ).

I just drilled the rear fan cable hole. It was pretty dang hard getting that grommet edging to curve that much, and I cut it a bit short
but it works.![]() ![]() ![]() You can barely see them .And here's how it looks from the backside (terminal block mod, also learned from tjharlow ).

UPDATE!!!!!!
FedEx FINALLY came! ![]() Now to drill one last hole .![]() Mounted the HDD's... ![]() Here's how I mounted the new blue cold cathodes, pretty slick I think. ![]() ![]() ![]() Now here is the finished product. Pictures don't do it justice, it looks alot better than it does in the picture (I'll fiddle with the settings, try to get a good pic. I think I'll do a video overview so you can get the effect of the blue cathodes. It's hard to take a picture and avoid glare or not seeing the light.

As an avid wiring nut myself, I gotta say you did a good job.
You had a very easy case to work with, but improving on something so well made in the first place is definitely not an easy task. About the only thing that could use improvement is your sata wiring. A small hole where the motherboard tray meet the 5 1/4 would make it look phenomenal. Kudos.
