Default Project OSx86 Case

I have been planning this for about a month now and since I got my workshop setup I decided to start

The components going into this build are as following:

MOBO: Gigabyte P35-D3SL (best OSx86 mobo)
CPU: E8400
GPU: 8800GTS 512MB
PSU: PC power and cooling 370W
RAM: G. Skill 2 x 2GB Pi ram

this is my first scratch build and its gonna be pretty simple nothing to fancy (YET )

so here are some sketchup pics of what the plan is a few of the dimensions have changed... when I did sketchup it was more of an estimate so here it goes:

^^^^^^^^^^
here is how it would look from the front the top compartments dimensions (WxDxH in mm) are 400x280x250

^^^^^^^^^^
a view at the lower compartment (PSU Cage) dimensions (WxDxH in mm) are 260x260x140

^^^^^^^^^^
both sides will look like this but im still undecided if i am going to add the 120mm fans since I got 2 fans in the front already

^^^^^^^^^^
a look inside with my Gigabyte and my TRUE black edition

^^^^^^^^^^
closer look at the apple logo and the power button... the apple logo is actually being taken off a spare black macbook lid and it will be lit up from behind with 4 white LEDs when the system powers up a little mac feel in it

now on to some actual work pics:

the front of the PSU cage

finished cutting the back aswell and still had to shorten the pieces that connected the front and the back

the PSU cage all put together what you guys think??

now a bit of the hardware:

got the PSU ready for new sleeving and everything (planning to do all white sleeving and all of it wire by wire even the Molex and the Sata power cable)

all stock sleeving off

the spare macbook lid

the apple sign

and its out! gonna try my hand at it and see if I am capable enough to do it hopefully since this is prolly the most apple part of the design

and the ram

well will post again soon with updates thanks for looking

That be awesome let me know when you start... my budget atm the components have run me around $450 (decreased price because i got a bunch of components here on OCN for mad cheap) and the little extras (such as lights, and case stuff) so far are about $200 and then i plan on picking up a psychopack of sleeving from MurderMod if they come out with the white sleeving by the end of the month I really hope they do because their sleeving is SOO awesome
