When is that fan controller getting modded?

I got my 300 loaded up with those Xiggy fans, the 120 & 140's.

They are so quiet it's be-a-utiful!

Finally got my 300, pumped to start modding it.
But did you need an 8 pin motherboard extension, or did it fit ?
Also, how long is your 8 pin cable ?
I'm a bit worried it won't fit, meaning I'm gonna have to find an extension, which I can't seem to find without having to spend about 20 bucks for one cable.

I didn't need an extention, I'm not sure how long my cable is.
