I'm not sure if it is the result of a bad microphone, but is your case that loud? I figured the wood would have dampened some of the volume...

Great wood work and staining. You did a great job not having any obvious signs of brush strokes. Good job on the work.

No, what your hearing are the fans on my external radiator. 4 x 3k rpm ultra kaze fans. When i turn them off the case is not very loud at all. That 250mm fan in the front is actually rated at a lower Db than the 120's I have in there. So the case itself isn't loud, just that external radiator.

Wow.... GREAT job on that woodwork! The finish on that box looks just amazing. The cutouts, windows, and interior look amazing as well! TBH, I thought "oh boy, another wooden case..." when I started reading this thread... but WOW..... your rig came out amazing! Great job After seeing how amazing yours looks I want a wooden box now, too
