mdf tech stations seem to be a recent trend eh.. haha
im going to start one tonight, with the components from my sig rig. however, i think i only have 3/4'' MDF lying around to use, and i have ALOT of it(as i was going to 'wall off' 2 18'' RE Audio SX's in my acura, sorry diff. story, but decided against it) but good work, makes me that much more excited to go home and do mine. +rep!

ok, wait, first off grats on the mdf tech station build - im doing one too  its like a trend lately (cool)second, omg, are those things in the tap kit for threading male rods? if so must have now NOW! EDIT: of course they are! its the "die" in tap and die  coolness! gotta get me one of those sets - shweeet

(forgot to take pics )Slight issue is the drill bit / countersink combo I got (Ryobi) isn't really long enough to fully pre-drill for the screws unless I pull the bit way out - that causes the bit to be off center and then it wobbles while drilling. Might be forced to pre-drill with a plain bit then countersink with a plain countersink. We'll see...
