Added revised radiator sketches to the first post. The case will have four 1-inch rubber feet so airflow shouldn't be an issue.
![]() I've also gone with a Black Ice GTX M184 (2 x 92mm) as opposed to the standard Black Ice Micro II and of course upped the fans to (4x) 92mm GELID Silent 9 I'll also have a Bitspower 4-port acrylic adapter which will allow me to drain the loop and will still look better than a regular T-fitting.

if you want, you can shorten the rods so they stick out on each side only the width of a hex nut, then put the hex nuts on and itll have more of a flush look. you can even scuff, prime, and paint the hex nuts (even if they are zinc plated types) to give it some contrast

With that said....moar pics! Epoxy + Smooth metal = crappy epoxy joint (noobness)![]() Used some screws instead, doesn't look as clean to me but not a big deal. ![]() ![]() ![]() Drilled and tapped for a 8-32 stainless steel socket cap screw ![]() My tap and die set worked perfectly ![]() ![]() Because I had to rebuild the PCI brace using screws - the top bar had to be flipped - meaning it does not line up perfectly with the PCI brackets on the card(s). So I'm basically using the screws to hold the card upright. It's surprisingly sturdy and this should work fine for me. ![]() ![]() ![]() The rest of the HDD / 3.5" racks installed and taped for painting (later on) (I'm also going to remove the HDD rack as a whole piece and even up the ends of the rods (dremel ftw) and probably add a drop of loc-tite to each nut. Then they get painted with the rest of the station) ![]() It's coming along.... ![]() ![]() Next thing will be to get more threaded rod for the optical drive since I cut the wrong size and ran out....lol ![]() After that, I think a simple brace for the PSU will be in order as well as the power switch mounting/wiring and then hopefully the W/C gear will be here

hi bro! i have an idea for a pci-e bracket that i hope you would like.
this can be fashioned out of a larger L-bracket aluminum that i saw at home depot. ![]() it would be mounted just like the bracket that you have. i hope you like it!

Nice design
![]() Would that be made out of sheet aluminum?

@slider46
no i was thinking of an L channel aluminum. i think sheet aluminum would be too flimsy and to get a thicker one and bending the top for mounts would be more work than needs to be. i may go to home depot later to check if they carry an L channel with the right dimensions.

![]() I could see the top right angle working but I don't think the depot carries L-channel in that dimension... ![]() I dunno though lol *just had a thought - I may add some JB Cold Weld to that joint and make it even more sturdy.

Sorry, g/f was watching TV in the background - just try to ignore it lol
Not too difficult to wire up and I had some extra sleeving laying around so it's sleeved and looks clean now Will have to get a plate to mount both of these as the HDD light isn't deep enough to mount through 1/2" MDF.

Well i've run into a bit of an oversight...
My reliable Apevia PSU does not have some connectors that are long enough to reach through the station to the connectors on the board/card. The 24-pin, 4-pin cpu and 2x 6-pin gpu cables just aren't long enough. I paid about $109 for this tough PSU about 3 or 4 years ago and i'm debating on simply buying a new Corsair PSU for around $70-$80 as I don't know how much longer this Apevia PSU will last. I'll have to check prices on some cable extensions too..
