Tech Bench - Day 10 - quick paint session 01

got home from work and got busy with continuing the painting on this
layed out the two panels that had the fist sides and edges done

after a couple coats on each I put em to bed

then I grabbed the other two panels (sides) that had no paint yet and did them both edges and single sides

other one way on top

tomr after work Ill finish the paint on these
then thursday after work Ill see if I can get the acrylic parts assembled. If I can (or with some last minute work friday afternoon) I could possibly assemble the rig into this thing sometime friday.

thanks for watching

I apparently have been more absent than I thought. This log slipped by me entirely!

I just skimmed your first post links CR, and this is very groovy! I don't know if you remember I had a little issue with Delvies and them delivering to a wrong address ? Well, I live at that address now, and I have this pile of opaque orange plexiglass that's been staring at me with a "I want to be a tech station" look on its face.

I'd like to tell you this build has given me inspiration, but when ever I dig into that build, truly I think more credit will probably be due to the Hook.

Anyways... kewl build CR, as usual. You always manage to put your own twist on your work, and pull it off. Leave it to you to make a truly memorable tech station out of plain vanilla MDF.

Slightly back on topic to that quote up there (and on tangent again from the thread): I made an interesting "new home town" discovery. Tampa has a Harbor Freight retail outlet.
Something tells me a significantly more substantial brake is going to be residing in my garage sometime in my future.
