Cool The Slim Cooler Project

OK im unfortunately already over half way but i am busy making my own PC case that needs to be able to fit on top of my DVD player as a home entertainment pc. specs are as follows:

L x B x H : 440 x 420 x140

this is similar to a normal case except that it is a good bit thinner(20 - 40 mm).

it is a horizontal case and not a vertical case that houses an mATX mobo(my measurements were a bit small for a normal ATX) a cd drive and 2 or 3 HDD's.
on top of this this is what i install a decent water cooling setup especially for the size that will consist of the following:

Black Ice 120 GTX(will be for graphics)
Black Ice 240 GTX(for CPU)
home made CPU and GPU coolers(modified copper air coolers)

home made res with a submersible pump(adjustable but max 900l, prob run at about 600 or maybe less)

you can view the pictures below of my progress so far.

Hey looks cool, don't know why others aren't replying! I like the look, although i personally would have used thicker plastic. is that 3mm?

I think its 3mm but it almost measures slightly less. i can see that im going to need to put in some re-enforcing in places to help keep it still because once everything is in it tends to be able to twist/bend a bit. I need to put some urgent attention to this before i finish setting up my water cooling as that will just be adding more weight.

Glad you like it.

Will update tomorrow.
