Red face The Pink Panther(first mod) *56k warning?*
*thanks to that guy3 for the name "the pink panther"

So I'm leaving for china in 4 weeks. And I wanted to leave my sister something nice, that and I wanted an excuse to mod a case i got for 5 dollars .

so please don't laugh at me, it's my first mod!

I still need a real name for the computer...ideas?

AMD 3300+ Athlon ( thanks minituckin )
ASUS k8v-se deluxe
nvidia 7300gt 256mb gddr2
2x512mb ddr333
40gb ide
dvd-rw ide
250watt lite-on psu (custom sleeved!)

first try paint job:fail: [side panel]

another try...

so i was getting like 50 celcius on idle and i thought "fan hole could fix that..."
not so pretty

meanwhile my girlfriend brought over a cake to celebrate my scholarship

ok now after i ate the cake i got down to more modding.PAINT

i sanded down the side panel with 600,1000,1500,2000 grit then cut a WINDOW...then repainted after i cut it

i forgot the vent was there under the masking tape...

Nice painting skills bro.

Make sure you get some u-channel or something round the edges that you've cut, it makes it look pretty.

Also, congrats on the Scholarship.
