So Far as of 10/5/09 - lessons learned, used clear coat, and I absolutely hate painting. Next time, Just gonna drop the dough and get it powdercoated. Running into some snags with power supply bracket, Think I'm gonna have to drill into side panel cover for the two mounting bolts.

The plans. And higgins, u sir are reading my mind. Gotta order some tools, radiator etc. Looking at putting a Thermochill 140.3 mounted at top, with an ek reservoir. Painting insides either a flat black or that black anodized look, not sure yet. Keeping my swiftech mcp655, would like to get either a gtz or dtek v2 block, and eventually getting a full cover block for my gtx 280.
