Can you explain what size LED's are required for the front fan, and also perhaps how to take them out? +rep for an awesome build.

The front fan LED's are 5mm. The problem I'm running into is that they are only being supplied 2V and the resistors on the PCB are on surface resistors that are a pain in the arse to change so I'm stuck looking for 2V Green LED's which I don't think exist.

To take them out is actually really easy. Just grab some needle nose pliars and pull on the two leads with the glue attached. They should come out with a little force. Then just cut off the LEDs and use a solder iron to remove the excess wire leftover and solder on your new LEDs. The longer end is the positive and it goes on the "copper looking" wire.

I'm liking your rig. Why not just make those 4 LEDs have their own circuit but still put them into the fan? And if you find some LEDs that match those Cooler Master fans, please post what you find.
