Okay I hate looking into my window and seeing cables all over. And since I've been saving for a car...I've had the urge to "upgrade". This "upgrade" will just be making the inside of my case look cleaner.
So here is a before pic: ![]() Yeah....horrible. So I have a plan. I'm going to cut a hole next to the PSU so cables can go right into there with ease. What I used: ![]() Marking where I'm cutting: ![]() Starting the cut, the wood holedrill doesn't cut through metal easy... ![]() Had to flip the case around a few times to cut on both sides, real hard to cut: ![]() Eureka!!! Finally! Took about 10min of solid drilling to get here: ![]() C-Channel is fitted in, to avoid wires rubbing up against it, and to get that clean look. I used a dremel to smoth out edges too, didn't get that in pics though: ![]() Now to install fan filters. Took out hard drive cages to find dust. Lots of it: ![]() These are what the fan filters looked like: ![]() I had no idea how to install these in the front intakes of my Antec 900, so I took them apart: ![]() I ended up taping the filters to the fans: ![]() And the end result so far. ![]() A comparasion of a before and after. Before: ![]() After: ![]() Will get pics of it running in a second. Tadaa! ![]() I want to give special thanks to hitman1985 for supplying the edging for the hole

I used longer screws so I could keep those exact filters on the outside of the case on my intake fans. All I have to do now is snap the cover off and wash the filter when I need to. I say you did a fairly good job, you still have a LOT of cables. Run that 8 pin cable through the circle, up and out and horizontally along the top of the case.

![]() Man. I'll keep that in mind for next time. Not a bad idea for easy swapping of filters. Any pics? And I don't think that 8pin is long enough to do that.

The screws are random ones I found in the shed. I cut em to 35mm cos the HAF 932 has some random indent that the fan holes are placed in.
![]() ![]() I think it's time to wash the filters again...
