Ha! I knew it, pictures solve all. (I took a note from CR's picture laden logs).

Just got a late birthday gift from my mother in the form of a $100 Home Depot gift card (awesome). That should about do it, and then some. I'll do the math when this is done; to see how much it ran.

Alright, so I've been scouring the web, looking at home made cabs and most, if not all of them look better with a plastic screen over the monitor/bezel, so I may go that route. I think it will really "set" the look.

We have a cool plan for the marquee. When the time comes I will fill you guys in. There's been thousands of these done, so I wanted a couple of extras (even if they're not immediately noticeable) to set ours apart. I hope they work!

Have any of you dealt with Tapplastics? I know Syrillian (sorry for the spelling) has, but he hasn't hopped in here. How 'on' are their cuts? I know they say they have a 1/16" variance, but I don't have even that much to spare.

Well, I have literally a boat load (if it's a really small boat) of school work to do, so today and tomorrow I may just be starring at it, longfully. Updates will continue as they come. Keep the faith!

Oh, and one more thing. I want to share this project on a couple of forum, NOT computer related, but still want to be eligible for the MOTM. What are the restrictions on this?

worklogs must be exclusive to OCN or youre not eligible for MOTM nomination

Got it, I understand that. I wanted to make mention of it, however. Like hey guys, I'm building an arcade cab, etc.. etc... No work logs or anything. Meh, better safe than sorry I guess. Thanks CR.

you could probably mention the worklog on another site, as long as you link to the worklog on OCN and not post images or a log on the other site/s - but double check with a mod or the guys that run the MOTM's here (Repo, Radodrill, etc)

Me too. I attend college online (time constraints and the actual school is 200 miles away) and the site they use has 3 different places for the times/dates that things are due.
