Default New NZXT Beta

Well, if you've seen my current case, you're gonna scream your head off at me telling me FIX IT. So my new case got here today, and I'll take pictures of the work in progress of actually managing it . It isn't much of a mod, but I want to fit a 2x120 rad inside, so maybe a little bit of modding, don't expect much.

Just for reference... Current case
If you are bad-case-aphobic, do not click.

My main goal is to make it look better than this, so, time to get to work!

Well, time to post the entire project .
I'll leave them as thumbnails so you can look at the crazy high resolution of only the images you want.

Anyway, first I started with the wires built in the case, the USB, audio, etc. I routed the audio cable to the hole where a piece sticks out to support the PSU. More on that later.
.

Next of course, I install the hard drives and route the wires where they would go under the mobo. Didn't get many pictures while doing it, the camera battery died after like 3 shots .

Anyway, with no battery, I decided to go do my homework first while charging it .

The front panel audio cable... Well, there's a gap so the power supply doesn't touch the wall on the mobo tray side, but there is a hole with a piece that sticks out, so that little space was perfect to route the front panel (or top panel) audio cable. I put it in the space between the mosfet sink and the I/O connectors.

Well, here's the rest of the cables all hooked up. Oh and I installed the CD drive and rad too.

Well, after that I realized I can't close the case! The case wasn't designed to have a fan mounted on the outside, so it was too close to the sawed off fan frame to close. Now I needed a new method of mounting...

I drilled 4 holes for the screws, and of course, installed the rad there.

Next came the watercooling parts, with all the wiring out of the way. I have no idea what that fog stuff is in the rad, but I couldn't wash it off, so I just assumed it wouldn't come off in the loop. I tubed it up, then sleepy time

After school.... Filling time!

And the final outlook of the case itself..

Not really detailed, just a picture slideshow (kinda).

Anyway, in it's final location, and the final internal setup.

Thanks for looking!

Oh and I just have to show you again, what this case WAS. Absolutely beautiful huh...

I think it's pretty good, but there isn't that much space beneath the mobo tray, so I couldn't hide power cables under there. For $50, I think it's a nice case. Doesn't look too bad either.

Got mine sitting in it's box in my room. Waiting for my new build in the next few months before I put it together. So tempting to take it out and look at it (I may still do it).

Anyone have any suggestions for me? I want to make it better, but I don't know where to start.
