Next step is to make a contact connection for the left side panel so i don't have to plug and unplug the fan connector. Its the job i have been putting off as I've been trying to figure out what to use.

My first thoughts were to use the connections from battery holders...at the start springs from AAA battery holders. but after i had a look at them decided they would be too ugly. I Then contemplated button cell holders...and bought a few to play with





But have decided they are just too flimsy and will not look as clean as i hope.

Next brain wave was to try and source some cheap spring steel from somewhere...not easy...but then thought of using pen retention clips or hair clips...The pen clip has the advantage of being wider and thicker...which would also make it harder to work with...so I think I will have a decent attept at using the hair clips...I'll keep you informed.
