Default [Complete]Antec 900 paint, rewiring, mods.

Hi everybody. I was bored with my Cooler Master Storm Scout as it didn't have many modding options so I traded it to my friend for his Antec 900 and started modding that.

Index:
1. 8 pin EPS rewired.
2. Modular 6 pin VGA power rewired.
3. 24 pin power rewired.
4. Disassembled/deriveted.
5. The cuts and paint prep.
6. Pics after painting. Slight reassembly.
7. Power supply splicing/soldering, some after pictures.
8. Dust filters, LEDs, SATA power, some others.
9. More assembly, finished product.

What still needs to be done?
  • I still need to do wiring for custom modular SATA power wiring and for molex cables. Done.
  • I still need to swap the LEDs on my fans for orange ones. Done.
  • Fix up the paint on the side panels. Done.
  • Daisy chain some fans for the fan controller. Done.
  • Make a false floor. No funds
  • MIGHT lap my CPU and/or HSF. Not doing.

Here are the cuts I made. I can't recall if I made more and forgot to take pictures but I think I got em all.

Everything ready to be painted.

Slight Re-assembly after painting.

I was a bit impatient with the orange so apparently I missed some spots.

That black smudge on the top left is from when I painted the inside of the side panel/s black. I'll fix it this weekend.

Power supply splicing/soldering.

Oh, and the orange zipties are primarily for accents.

8-pin all soldered on.

All done.

Some pics of the case.
