The thickness of Plexi was 3 mm = 0.118 110 236 22 inch
Also 6mm = 0.236 220 472 44 inch ( Approx 1/4")

The HDD cage and DVD Cage was about the Size of a DVD Drive ( 11inch x 4 3/4 inch)

The Main Frame 6mm = 0.236 220 472 44 inch ( Approx 1/4") Plexi
x 500 mm x 400mm (500 millimeter = 19.685 039 37 inch x 400 millimeter = 15.748 031 496 inch)

Bends Heated area Main Frame Left to Right 15.748 031 496 inch

Hope that Helps, CR

1/4" Acrylic I heated both sides, but more so to the Top side, tested with finger underneath, when could feel the heat transfer from top the heated bottom , then kept heat going back and forth on top while bending.
