how much is a standard dremel tool with a rotary cutting bit so i can mod my case?

You can get a cheap Black and Decker version from Wal-Mart for around $20, I have broken 2 of these. If you want it to last buy a genuine Dremel, they start at around $39 for a three speed. I got the XPR400 for Xmas it is one of the best, they are around $80.
