Just pretty much asking if we are allowed to use Micro*-ATX, mini- Itx. Onboard audio and video. Last question is, do we have stick to a case, or can we look towards modding into other items? Ex: last year I modded my pc into a monitor.

No mobo restrictions. The system must be in working order and contain relatively new components.
This competition is only for case mods.

Sweet. I've been planning a mod for the last couple of weeks.
Any restrictions for international contestants (like, will you still cough up the moolah if I win)?
