Got the mag today Bill

"Screw it, the Thermaltake SwordM is fugly"

" After the project was listed on the engadget.com, a Thermaltake rep immediately emailed me requesting that I tell everyone it was their case"

How the hell did you get away with that one?!

Well, I lost the opportunity to work with them again, but tbh, I really don't care.

My copy arrived from CustomPC Magazine, the article looks great!

Heres the unedited article again for anyone who missed it

Haha! they sure did.. thats why I wanted to share the unedited submission

Anyways, thats what dealing with editors is like.. so I'm rollin along here with other projects, yesterday we milled two different versions of the 120mm Dragon front grill intake we plan to offer. Here you'll see some slight differences between the two designs around the Dragon's mouth, the concern is support with being attached to the outter ring. These were cnc milled from 3/16" thick 6061 aluminum. The multi-hole fan grill version we're used as a bottom layer in these pics is "Brain Drain" Again, this front intake is ornamental , so if you had considerations regarding airflow...it will do OK, but it looks sooo good!

Yeah well I emailed them about a shipping quote and they never answered. Seems very un-professional to me to just leave your clients hanging like that. Oh well, suffice it to say ill be doing my mod-shops elsewhere!

Did you send a second one? I'm sure they get alot of email daily and sometimes one might just get 'lost under the pile' so to speak.
