Hey there!
Does Cold Cathode require a certain type of power delivery? I have a couple that came with a Vantec Nexus, that would be pointless in a P180 that has no window(s). I tried connecting it to a test bench PSU, no luck. the PSU works, tested with a fan. Never messed with Cold Cathode, hope I didn't bugger it by plugging it in directly.

I believe you have to connect it through an inverter(sp?) for it to work.

Yep, you'll need an inverter. Most inverters have two 2-pin plugs that you can plug your cold cathode in. If you need one you can find them on svc, xoxide, for like $4-8 for regular or sound reactive.

Just did a search on Google and didn't come up with anything. :S
I guess you'll have to get one of xoxide, newegg, etc.

I'll order one, so that I know that I have a working unit. These are going into an acrylic homemade case. ![]()
