Basically split all the fans you want into red and black cables. Solder or connect all of the red cables and solder it to one side of the pot. On the other side of the pot solder a continuation of the red cable. Take a 3-pin connector and connect the new red cable to it and then take the other black cable you haven't touched and connect it to the 3-pin too.
