When I remake this mod I will make the bottom one piece--I made it two because I have to wriggle the PSU through the slot and then put the acrylic plate underneath it and then screw it together...lol. But I want to remake it out of mirror acrylic...which will be...awesome.

Silver and blue is where this mod is going with some black accents.

All the mesh areas of the Lian Li case will be sealed off with blue mylar film held in place with DS tape. The face plate will be tinted blue acrylic, and the CCL tubes will be changed out for blue ones. Ditto the fans...prolly use Antec TriCools

Because I am not planning to complete the mod in the time period allotted. I am very busy working in Savannah and really do not have the time or energy to pursue it until a month or so from now...gotta run my bidness.

I agree with the first part--I am not a fan of the Sith look--but until you actually see the etching glowing against a pitch black background it is hard to imagine how it would look. Having done that effect before i can visualize that feature--which in my mind would be the cat's knackers...

I chose a mfr case because as it is a Case Modification Competition...not a scratch build your own PC comp...I figured to really showcase some crazy ideas it would be best to perform the mods to an existing case--one that would be way too small for the job LOL. Front mounting the PSU vertical has to be a first--and dual 120mm floor fans in such a tiny case has got to be pretty rare too--then flush-mounting 3 Raptor X HDDs on the side is pretty wild--add internal WCing and a top mounted Rad and it is pretty much turned the whole case inside out...the only parts remaining are the surround, drive bays and mobo tray LOL.

If my Camera had not pooped out while Documenting ICE I would have entered that case instead...but no luck there...

I went through several variants during the design phase...
