I have a black Tsunami Dream case, but I did not get the clear window with the additional 90mm fan. Is there someone or a place where i can purchase the clear window side? Or else, how hard would it be to cut the aluminum and mount a side fan?

go to the guides and check out " how to use a dremmel" - its not that hard....just for the hole that is
