140mm Top Fan Grill - Overclock.net

I'm planning on having a 140mm fan on the top of my case, but it needs a covering.

The fan grills I love at the moment are the 120mm blow hole:

And the derby cover one Stu King made (damn, that is one SWEET fan grill):

My main problem is all of the fan grills which I can find which aren't simple, generic looking circle ones (like the ones on generic case windows) are for 120mm fans and below. The two that MNPCTech make are also for 120mm fans, and while Stu King's derby cover idea could be adapted for 140mm fans (I'm looking for a nice derby cover at the moment which I could do my own version of the grill to) I'm not sure if I'll ever find one.

Does anyone know where I can find some really nice looking 140mm fan grills? I'm after a silver/chrome finish, and the ones above show the kind of style I'm after - I want the fan to be 'framed'. Alternatively, does anyone have any ideas on what to use to make my own?

EDIT: Alternatively, would getting a flat, 2D grill work with say a logo on it, polishing it up so it was chrome/mirror effect, then putting silver mesh underneath it and acrylic underneath it too work? So the grill would stand up from the case but I'd avoid the awkwardness so having to get some thick metal to get the effect I want - or would the edge of the acrylic look bad? :s
