Following up on Hainer36's FAQ, i was thinking of doing my own case over the summer to accomodate watercooling, so i need to start planning early. What should the thickness of the lexan be? because if it's too thin, the case won't be able to hold itself up, while if it's too thick, the screws won't be able to keep it together, so if anyone has an acrylic or comparable case, can you tell me how thick it is, because there are varying degrees of thickness, ranging from .010 up through 0.50... (inches)

1/4 will do just fine. I'm using same thickness for making a little RES over this weekend and its really stiff, and hard as hell to break.

I agree with shawn, .25" should be right on, not too thin or thick.
