I cut my case for a side panel, and I need some molding to making it look nicer, couse it's not all that even. Where Can I get some? or what can I use for that? I'll have some pics up later but I need to buy them.

It sounds like you're looking for door edge molding for this mod. It can be picked up at any local auto store. It should be about 5 bucks and usually comes in strips of 2. It is U-shaped (see pic) and has an anhesive in the middle so that it stays put. I'm using the clear molding on my side panel. I'll take a pic of it to show you what I mean when I get back to my comp.

I think Im missing some obvious element when it comes to molding I dont see how a sing U channel would work. How is the window held in place unless the molding was a double U with their bottoms touching? Do you usually put the single U molding on the edge and adhere the window behind the molding by other means? I made a lot of cuts recently and put mesh over the cuts and I wouldnt mind molding it if I could figure out this simple step XD

Most people I've seen just use U-channel to cover the edges and then over cut the panel so they can use screws or strong mounting tape (or glue or various other things) to adhere the panel to the case. Bill Owen at MNPC recommends Scotch Brand Heavy Duty clear tape #4010 to mount thing.
