Default sleeving/disassembling a ATA power cable?

anyone know how to disassemble these dang things? ive been looking at them for like 30 minutes now, and i guess im either stupid..or it cant be done, i have 10$ on stupid tho, want to sleeve them.

i want to take the connectors off, so i can run sleeving over the wires

I dunno if there's a way to do it without breaking them. Some sites (xoxide IIRC) sell replacements/'upgrades' for those. They also have a wide variety of sleeving

IDK for sure, is this what he's talking about? I got one connector off of it but not the other three. I think it can be done. The paper clip's bent up though. And the little screwdriver is to big. Maybe it depends on the quality of the connector.

its the connectors at the end of the ocn guide...but also the ones inbetween the ends on that cable..not sure what exactly they are called, but if you've seen it you know what im talking about.
