Anyone know where I can get one from? Or If I have to make one, how would be the best way to get the screw hole right, Is there a hole template of some kind?

If you have a junk MB its not to difficult.
Drill one hole, tap one hole screw in one tower to the taped hole.
Shim the MB board to be in parallel plane to the tray.
Square up the MB and use a drill the exact same size of the hole... grind a slight point to he end that goes in the chuck (for a center punch effect). Set it the drill in the other holes square and tap with hammer to "transfer punch" the location. Do that only for the second hole, then tap and install second tower, reshim MB and screw in the 2 screws to the two new towers. Transfer punch the rest, drill and tap.

I'm going to build my own case, Everything has to be right from scratch because I'm using diamond plate, hose couplings , fittings and other stuff from the fire service. But the first thing I need to do is make/get a tray and build the frame.
