Question What's in your Bay

I thought it might be interesting to see what we put in our bays. Some of the more popular cases have ten optical bays What the heck are people putting in ten bays

Myself--I only use one Optical drive and usually nothing else...sometimes I might put in HDD coolers or a fan controller or resevoir or something--but usually just one Optical drive.

So how about it?

It would be useful to also post in the thread detailing the placement you find most 1337 and the specific devices you prefer.

Thanks!

CyberD

hmm I only have 2 cd drives in mine. I put my mouse in my internal 3.5" drive one time when I went to a lan party. My friends still laugh at me for that one.

That might be a handy storage compartment for a mouse...

I think the old standard would have always been two drives--a reader and a burner--or a CD and DVD after DVD came out...even though Floppy drives seem to be obsolete most cases feature one or two external 3.5 bays...which I didn't cover i this poll. But I like to fill those up with controllers or readers or something...

When I first started building I felt honor-bound to fill every slot...but now I just look for cases with fewer slots

I can see it...lol.

I have 2 dual layer DVD burners.
1 LG and 1 NEC

I'm gonna recommend against NEC burners...they're loud. LG is amazing though.
