Default Lego PC case?? **NOW WITH PICS** 12-14-2007 update.

I have a crap load of legos, enough to build a mini atx case...

i have all the hardware to build a fully functional computer, but no case...

what do you guys think about a lego case???

i was thinking about putting together a build log with pics and how steps along the way...

EDIT: 12-14-2007

I downloaded the lego design thing... Here are some screen shots of the first attempt to use there crude software, compared to auto cad that is....

I up loaded my plans to the lego website... The want $480 to buy all the legos needed to build it...

http://shop.lego.com/Product/Factory...a-696f3b46913d

Sorry for the huge pictures. It's hard to get a good perspective in the LEGO app.

Do it. If nothing else you could do it desktop or media center style so you don't even have to mount the mobo. I say go for it. It sound like a blast!

How would the fans get in there? The airflow probably wouldn't be too good but it'll look nice!

lol. I'd recommend a buttload of super glue... heh heh.

Sounds pretty cool though. If it could work... I'm not really sure. Try it! It shouldn't be TOO much work.

Why not? He can put in all the fan holes or vents he wants or needs! If he glues all the pieces together to make it stay, he could drill holes in some of the blocks to put screwholes in (and he will need to, to mount stuff)

Don't forget to ground that sucker, or else you'll have a big pile of melted Legos.

Be sure to make a base or something first and be ready for hell. I started a pc case from legos and stopped because my thumb was so sore from putting them in.
