I guess that mounting up side down would be no differabt if your fan is front to back

nice job. i wish mine is as beautiful as that. btw, can u tell me whats the mane of the drill u used for cutting the holes? and also, i've seen many people cut rectangular holes rather that the round ones u made. and idea on how that was done?

I think the square holes are made with a cutoff wheel on a Dremel type tool or maybe by jigsaw or nibbler. SO many ways to make a hole lol.

The large hole I use a bimetal holesaw (5") the smaller holes I use a step bit. You can find them on eBay for cheap or at Lowes or w/e for a quite a bit more (like $57). They make the cleanest hole.
