P180....

Sometimes I miss mine.

It is an incredibly elegant case in its simplicity, and you are doing it justice.

Keep up the good work.

Nice idea with the USB/Firewire cables. I will probably do that, too.

Im glad to see that a 92mm fan fits in that cage. Is that a 92mm x 25mm by chance? Thanks.

i know it is 25mm deep, not sure if is 92mm or 100mm (10cm) though, but i know both will fit for sure. 11cm might even fit, haven't tried though.
anyway i am still working on it. i will update every now and then with new stuff.

Pretty clean. Is the lower HDD chamber attached at all? or does it flop around if you move the case?

Thanks man. no, the lower HDD is not securely attached. i just placed it in there. it doesnt move though, so i dotn worry about it flopping around at all. there isnt really any room for it to move. but i will find a way to attach when i have the time to... one of these days.

Very nice, detailed work spacegoast, especially w/ that lower fan install. Hope you don't mind me posting pics of mine, a few asked to see my back side and wire bracket. This seems like the perfect topic. I plan to cut a hole behind the mobo to run some black angled sata cables on mine. I've done some cutting and notching on mine. The P180 is pretty good case to work with.

The bracket is mounted w/ good double sided tape.

Nice!

If you don't mind my asking, how did you attach the SATA cable holder to the back of the tray?

Man, I wish I had the updated version of the P180. Seems like it's got a bunch more space to work in and doesn't get all messy. I still have a P180 laying around here somewhere, maybe I should get to drilling some holes....

Good double sided tape holds it in place really well, I snuck it in above the pic.
