Default Painting Heatsinks?

I have this wicked idea. Is it possible to paint heatsinks, and have then retain the color? If need be, I could buy the special paint.
My main goal is a Black Big Typhoon. Jet Black.

Just for fun, any good photoshop users out there? Can you "paint" all the metal on the case and heatsinks black in this photo?

You could always have the pieces anodized, but that'll cost you.
