Default Critique My Antec900 Cable Managment

"The Successor" build is almost complete. I am missing the RAM and the thermalright ultra 120 extreme. Also need to RMA the GTX because of the stupid buzzing high pitched noise it makes. You can check the build log in my sig.

Anyways what do you guys think of this cable management. Took me quite a while to get there. Ignore the stock cooling and it's cord, the thermalright ultra 120 extreme will replace it and the fan cable for that will be almost completely out of site. Also the RAM is missing obviously.

My main concerns are the SATA cables and the wires at the bottom. I'm not sure if i should keep the 90 degree bend like it is now, or just run the sata cables straight to the hard drives and hide the excess like my PC http://s161.photobucket.com/albums/t...t=DSCF0076.jpg

Nothing much i can do about those cables at the bottom, this PSU comes with tons of cables, i zip tied them and tried to make the zip ties look elegant like stripes but meh. Unless i buy some sort of tubing for it there isn't much i can think of to do with it.

I took pictures with the side panel fan and without, to better see the inside.
Oh and by the way, all the front panel stuff is plugged in
Here we go.

That's very nice for not having to cut up the motherboards backplate thing.

pretty good but I would take those wires and hide it under the hard drive and some behind the tray of the motherboard to make it look like there are less wires, some in the drive bays also. Nice job though with the sleeving .

Which wires lol?

All the front panel stuff is way to short to be arranged in any other fashion than it is atm. I even cut a small part of the case off by the hard drives and tried running them through there and they just wouldn't reach.

Unfortunately the only cable that would benefit from some holes in the mobo tray would be the 24pin mobo connector, and maybe the 4 pin mobo connector.

That case looks like it's pretty rough to manage, but you did a nice job anyway.

yeah still a very nice job, but i cant stand not hiding the wires next to the drive bays, id make a box or something next to the power supply and hide them in there if i could but i give it an 8.9/10. Oh my bad when say wires I mean the ones you sleeved, the sleeves should i say.

Ah that's what you mean.

I always liked the box / extended PSU idea lol. I wish i had the stuff to make one.
