Default Cheapest Tech Station

I have made the cheapest tech station (CTS). Made with two boxes from newegg, 12 or so 4" glue sticks, duct tape, and luck.

It's got L shaped legs with two pieces of 1.5" cardboard glued together and wrapped with tape. Each leg is glued to the top and there are two cross pieces holding each leg piece to the other. Under the lip of the box, there are two 2" wide and two piece thick supports that keep the top from flexing and from sinking. I tested it with the laptop which was 9 lbs first. The motherboard is lighter

that is soo, not a tech station...i dont see what you accomplished, other than raising your mobo off of the desk...a milk-crate could've done that.

*make sure you have some additional fans on the mobo..as you loose all of the cooling, provided by the directional airflow from the case.

I really hope that's not a serious question.

it's more a test station, but not a tech station "really". Seems more trouble than it's worth to be honest.
