The golden round thing (the stand-offs) use as many as your motherboard has screw holes. Then use a screw in every one

Yes you put the golden round things in, however many holes your mobo has is how many you screw into the Armor. The golden things are called standoffs, prevent grounding and line the mobo up with your expansion slots.
The black plastic things are grommets for WC lines, you don't need them if you have an aircooler.

heelo
tt armor came with only 4 screws though, should i installed thermalright 120 extreme heatsink before installing the mother board into the case?or i can installed later after finish fitting mobo in to the case?

You must use the stand offs that came with the case. Traditional stand offs are to small.
Been there done that.
