Default How Do you remove Rivets?

I am about to send one of my cases off to the powder coating shop tomorrow but first i need to remove some rivets. I have a drill and a dremel. Whats the easiest way to remove these things?

Drill them out...or use a dremel or similar grinder to grind the head off...but drilling is easiest.

ya, its simple man, just push the head or your drill bit into the hole, when its about to cut the threw the rivet, the rivet head will flare up a bit, thats where i would stop drilling and just pull on the head a bit and it should come off, then push the rest through the hole, i would try to avoid trying all the way through just to be sure you dont damage the case at all, which, since your having it powder-coated you must like this case at least a little bit =D

Replace the rivets with bolts and nuts. It looks nicer and lets you take it apart again if you need too.
