Liquid electric tape!!!

I found this stuff in the auto parts store nearby. It makes it super easy to get some insulation in tight spaces.

I dunno if this has been posted but

This stuff works wonders, we used it at work to keep bits cool and such, drilled through a 1.5inch bumper no problem.
Beauty, eh?
EDIT: .. uhhh I forgot.. uh OH yes.. Files.. keeps you from getting your fingers cut on lil jaggies..
EDIT:.. and.. what was it .. Oh yes Body filler under Fiberglass, commonly called Bondo.

how about some double sided mounting tape. i use to hole a 120mm fan in place with no screws and it can also be used for anti-vibration on side panels or case doors and such.

Heres some dremel attachments that I have used before.

*Cutting*

Dremel 15/16" Cutting Wheel No.409 (Ideal for cutting, grooving and trimming all kinds of metal. May also be used on other materials-including thin wood, plastics and ceramics.)
Dremel 1-1/4" Fiberglass Reinforced Cut-off Wheel No.426 (used for cutting metal including hardened steel.)
Dremel 1-1/2" Fiberglass Reinforced Cut-off Wheel No.456 (for slicing and cutting metal including hardened stee)
Dremel 1-1/4" Cut-Off Wheel No.540 (Ideal for cutting, grooving and trimming all kinds of metal. May also be used on other materials-including thin wood, plastics and ceramics.)

*Polishing*
Dremel Felt Polishing 1" Wheel No.429 (Ideal for general polishing of most ferrous metals, stones, glass and ceramics.
Dremel Felt Polishing 1/2" Wheel No.414 ( Ideal for general polishing of most ferrous metals, stones, glass and ceramics.)

You may want to add Jewelers Rouge to the list, as it is used for polishing aluminum and other metals to look like chrome. (I cant remember the colors and uses though)

A nice way if found to hold led's in place is a hot glue gun also it works great to hod things in place temporarily though it can be messy when there's tons of hot glue strings floating everywhere
