Default What would you do ? (to my full tower)
I found this full tower gateway case in my friends attic. Im getting a new c2d system to match up with my 8800 and i need some good cooling ideas for this. I want a window and I want to use some film from mnpctech.com . Please give me some suggestions for it ;colors,fans,graphics,film ideas , or any opinions at all. thnx

I would rather buy a new case. Not worth putting money into a white Gateway tower..

what stuff do you use your pc for games multimedia etc. use a theme, your favorite game, movie sport, if its not personally worth the time sell what you have for cash towards new one, its fairly open case so could make for good water cooled pc plenty of room below drive bays for pump and resov. you could cut out the metal just above the motherboard and plexi the space above the board than a full window on the access panel side for a straight through the top view throw few lights in

They have antec 900's at fry's for 80 bucks shipped. At risk of making my future case less original by everyone owning one, I'd get one. lol

Just mod it so you have your very own unique case that will probably look better than the new one, and you get to use your cooling ideas, so it might even perform better than the new one.

Fans, fans, lots of fans, and acryllic, lots of acryllic. Make a huge blowhole in the front lower area of the front of the case. Yeah! Some side fans would be sexy, lots of exhaust fans. Do a fan on the top. Do some drive bay fans. You could name it the DirtDevil Dust Collector.

I would love to have that case and mod it out.

To the others that say to buy a new case, THIS IS THE CASE MOD SECTION, there is always fun in forking something up, especially the learning curve. REP+ to orginal poster just for taking up this endevor!
