Default 360 rad shroud material

well, there are alot of funky shroud ideas and they all work. the only problem is....they only work for dual rads or require extra fan housings which i dont have.

when in doubt...turn to mcmaster carr of course!

how about that? think it's bendable yet strong enough to hold its shape?

i'm welcome to pre-made shrouds as long as they're under $14 USD

yea well i didn't really want to do that anyway. it just seems so inefficient. i'd rather have a solid, flat, single piece, simple, sexy looking, old fashioned shroud no blockage whatsoever.

but all i really want to know is if 0.025" thick aluminum is easily bendable yet sturdy enough to keep it's shape and deem itself a true shroud

sure it is. Unless there's massive heat that will make it lose it's shape.

less than $1 each, will get you a piece at any hardware store that will allow you to make your own shrouds.
