I like the 1st as there's only that large cable off to the right and the others you don't notice.
in the second that one PWM power wire for the CPU fan is kinda "out there" and the unsleeved wires in the second draw more attention than in the first either way tho, that's great and if you find something wrong with either aside from nitpicks you're crazy XD

Because of the motherboard power wire looks better. If they both look the same, still #1 because of better lights.

#2 looks better. Partly because it's just a better picture, but it still looks better. Only real flaw is the zalman's fan cable, it should be sleeved and should be run in a cleaner fashion.
#1 has a dinky graphics card that gives it an edge, and at the same time leaves a large open area, and it has that ugly gray cord coming off of it. The motherboard power connector is just kinda sprawling around like a snake, even though the sleeving on it is better. That's my critiquing of it all  Both are excellent though.
