Help me buy a Dremmel!
I'm going to invest in some computer building / modding tools as i'm building a lot of computers lately.
What should i look for in a dremmel? What is the avg price? Thx!

If this is your first Dremel then I would try to get the very basic model, and perhaps get it used. Try Pawn Shops, Swap Meets, Garage Sales and of course....eBay.
Once you have used it and discovered your personal tastes then you can invest in a more expensive unit, or stick with that one and purchase add-ons.

make sure it is a variable speed one. that is my regret because it spins to fast so cutting plastic is a pain because the friction melts it. other then that it is up to you whether to get the corded one or battery powered one.

Costco! ~$30 includes a bunch of attachments. This is what I used to mod my case and it works great! It is the Alltrade brand, not Dremel...but Costco has a lifetime warranty on purchases.

Well all my dremmel needs to do is cut holes in a case. Like cutting holes for a motherboard tray to run wires.
I kinda figured these would be a little cheaper! I guess i'll head down to the Home Depo and check out what they got this weekend!
